ATEX Study and Implementation for Explosive Dust Hazard Prevention
According to Presidential Decree 42/2003, the employer is obliged to:
1.
Study the possibility of explosive dust formation, ignition sources, and their potential effects.
2.
Take technical and/or organizational measures, depending on the type of business, to prevent the creation of explosive atmospheres and limit the consequences of a possible explosion.
