The labeling on the machines is required by both Presidential Decree 57/2010 and the legislation relating to their safe use (Presidential Decree 395/1994). Marking, in combination with the instructions for use, helps both the operator and other personnel to understand the risk and avoid dangerous situations.

This marking must:

• provide adequate information
• be easy to read
• be of the appropriate size depending on the installation location
• comply with international standards
• to withstand environmental conditions
